I used this sauce to go with zoodles but it would be great to use as a sauce for a stir fry or rice noodles.
Ingredients: Thai Almond Sauce
- 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice juice of about 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1 tsp. dried ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves smashed and peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- To make your Thai Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until very smooth, use right away or transfer the remainder to a jar and refrigerate.
