Thai Almond Coconut Sauce

I used this sauce to go with zoodles but it would be great to use as a sauce for a stir fry or rice noodles.

Ingredients: Thai Almond Sauce

  • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice juice of about 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp. dried ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves smashed and peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. To make your Thai Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until very smooth, use right away or transfer the remainder to a jar and refrigerate.
